Two Large Doubles - Modern - Extremely Bright - Victorian Maisonette Conversion - Share of Garden - Recently Refurbished - ?1600 per month

We are the current tenants looking for replacement tenants due to moving abroad. We really enjoyed the apartment and its great location in the East Dulwich area, but our personal circumstances have changed abruptly and we have to move out of the country, hence looking for somebody to replace to continue our contract.

The apartment features:

- spacious entrance hall

- storage cupboard

- two double bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers

- modern three piece bathroom

- utility room

- spacious open plan living room with a fully fitted kitchen

- largest private section of the rear garden

It would be available end of August (between Aug 20th and Sep 1st).

The apartment comes part-furnished (2 double beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, kitchen table, two seater sofa, coffee table, ...) and there is also an option to buy some of the furniture we'll be selling for reasonable prices.

If you're interested, please get in touch via PM to arrange a viewing.

Hello, I currently live in ED on Lordship Lane but we are looking to move into a bigger space end of August/September. Your flat looks ideal and I am interested to arrange a viewing if it's still available ?

Please let me know when would be a suitable time ?

Thanks,

Eleesha

    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first?
    • Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really.    Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.
    • We're having a bumper crop of eating apples this year - so many infact that we're wondering what to do with the surplus. Neighbours have had some and we've left some outside the house but I was thinking we could pass some on to a foodbank - or even to Kings if they're allowed to take in fruit?   Suggestions appreciated.
