Great service from Southwark!

My brown wheelie bin went missing on Tuesday. Had a good search, but couldn't find it so e-mailed Southwark via their website to ask for a new one. And a shiny new bin turned up less than 48 hours later. Well done Southwark!

Telephoned Southwark Council on Thursday, street light not working, left message on answering machine,following Monday morning, street light repaired.Very surprised expected it to take a month, not a couple of days, well done again.
