SHOUT OUT TO THE NUNHEAD COMMUNITY & BEYOND. Janet an 84yo neighbour Buchan Rd SE15 3HQ has a Mayflower Sewing Machine out of action for some time, the up & down mechanism for the needle has stopped working. Janet would be most grateful if anyone could visit help make the machine operational, maybe a new part is required. If anyone can help please share a comment &/or private msge.   The pasta is fantastic. I do think they would benefit from smartening up the frontage a bit (less writing?) but that's not an excuse for them to have no custom (they're 4.9 on Google FFS). There's only so much I can spend in there with my family!
