Hi all

Lovely furnished double room Available in Peckham near Burgess park. We are looking for a female to keep the dynamic equal. Shared bathroom and extra toilet downstairs. Lovely neighbourhood. We have a garden too so someone green fingered would be a plus but not essential. Garage for storage and room for bikes. Land lady is great and on top of anything that needs doing, easy to communicate with.

Rent ?635

Bills 70ish

You?ll be living with:

Gina - absolute babe, currently working for and family assisting their daughter who has additional needs. Cooks up a storm, her speciality Korean noodle dishes. Pro at card games.

Will - Genuine geez, currently working in a bar at Royal Vic Docks, has keen interests in cycling, skating, beer brewing and can smash out a banging cocktail. I?ll miss those.

Craig - Total sweetheart, competitive when playing games (always wins), bakes a banging brew and working in a cute cafe around the corner.

Viewings Tuesday 11th August. If you?re interested please message to arrange - we?d love to meet you. Hoping to have someone move in the next couple of weeks (this week if poss).

    • Now I have heard everything…..not send your kid to a school because you don’t like the name - so to get my head around this, if school is outstanding, parents won’t send their child there because of name of school? Or have I not understood?
    • A quick Google says that it is not undersubscribed unlike many subject schools so those claims mentioned above may not be true. Last Ofsted was good.  You are definitely right about the money. This is what trusts do. Remove word ‘subject’ above Remove word ‘subject’ above I can’t edit my ridiculous errors but would like to apologise  for messy post
    • I have heard claims that people don't send their children there because of the name of the school..?  I genuinely cannot get my head around this one. The school is named after the road it is on which is named after the history of the area!  'Grove Primary School' is potentially the most boring name they could have come up with, and for a school struggling financially, is rebranding the school really the best use of funds?
    • Certainly unique, can't argue with that.
