New cat doesn?t like the food she?s meant to love according to previous owner....

I have 1 full (opened) box of Felix ocean feast + an extra 5 pouches of the same flavour.

How have you found this brand?? Is it decent portion amounts/variety?

Our cat is very fussy so just checking before I try a switch - we're currently transitioning to https://revealpetfood.com/ so maybe try that for your cat? We've been impressed!

this food isn't great for cats.

I now give them Hills Prescription Diet and they eat twice a day with no in between meowing for more.

The sachets - they want to eat all day and it makes them put on weight.

Money wise, it actually costs about the same to feed them the better quality food as they eat less (but measured portions).

We still get the sachets when we're in between deliveries and there is such a difference :(

Yeah, I know this kind of food is not great. It?s like McDonald?s for cats and my aim was to get my cat on a healthier diet anyway. She?s now on Hilife and loves it. I?ve always spent a bit extra on higher quality food for my cats, but I know it can be hard to get a cat used to a new diet, especially when there?s other changes as well.

I know, they are fussy as well. I wasn?t trying to criticise but the person before me asked about it. Mine binge on Dreamies when they can 😊
