Insuring a car, help needed!

Hello all,

I was just wondering if any one knew what sort of cars are the cheapest to insure for under 25's?

I've looked at a few articles but they all seem to be cars that cost over 3,000 or more and if I could afford a car that price I wouldn't have trouble with insurance.
