Hi there,

My husband and I are looking for 1 bed short term let in the East Dulwich/Peckham/Nunhead/Brockley area from mid November until the end of January while some building work is carried out on our flat. We have a lovely 2-bed flat right on Peckham Rye - our tenants are moving out this weekend and we have just put it in the market for sale, but looking for a short-term let for the meanwhile.       Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

      Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…

      You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
