Mums Treat day - but where to go?

I find myself with a very rare opportunity to have a day to myself on Monday - I fancy a relaxing spa I think - any recommendations?

That does look lovely Shrimp- I work near there though - not sure I want to go near work on a day off!! Are there any more local places?

I second Corinthia. Went a couple of months back. Never seen anything like the 'sleep pods' before!
