My name is Aniela Kurzawa. I am a health and exercise graduate and a qualified level 3 sports massage therapist.

I have been practicing sports massage for 3 years, working with a variety of clients; helping to improve sporting performance and general wellbeing.

My sessions include:

.post-massage stretch/mobility plan

I am based in upper Sydenham, but I also offer a mobile service.

I am following the COVID guidelines and have completed an in depth risk assessment to ensure the safety of the clients and myself.
