Hello neighbours!

I'm Ella, a local yoga teacher. I'm teaching classes online via zoom, and would love to invite you to trial one for free!

My schedule is below and details of how to book. All classes are open to all, and have a friendly atmosphere so if you've been meaning to give yoga a try but haven't for whatever reason - maybe now's the time?!

Monday Evening Flow & Restore

Online, 75 mins, 18:45-20:00

Nourishing slow-flow practice, with extra time for relaxation.

Thursday Morning Rise & Energise

Online and in-person at Zen Yoga Camberwell, 60 mins, 7:00-8:00

An early morning practice to energise the body, awaken the mind and support a good start to the day.

Saturday Morning Reset

Online, 60mins, 10:00-11:00

An energising and soothing practice to set-up your weekend.

  Why not get a real poodle. They can be clipped to look like a cockapoo if you like. They don’t need to be in a show clip. They don’t shed. Both breeds would need regular grooming. I have/had friends with very charming poodles both medium and standard so see if you can make the acquaintance of some.

  They're both names that have stuck in my mind, Lukasz particularly. These searches may well be helpful to you.   Hi - I posted a request for some help with a stuck door and possible leaky roof. I had responses from Lukasz at Look_as.com and Pawel at Sublime Builders. I don't see any/many reviews - has anyone used either person? Could use a recommendation rather then just being contact by the tradespeople... Many Thanks
