This is a lovely 1950s house situated in the heart of Peckham, on Denman Road, close to Bellenden Road and Peckham Rye station.

The house has two good sized double bedrooms and a smaller room that currently serves as a study / dressing room. the bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and there is a separate toilet.

Downstairs, it has a double reception room, set up as a sitting room and dining room with glass panelled doors in between; and separate kitchen

The garden is 90ft long with a shed at the rear

It's on a lovely residential road in the heart of Peckham

It's available for 6 months from the end of October / beginning of Nov. Rent is ?1650pcm

The house was revamped 3 years ago, so it's in good condition, with a new kitchen, bathroom, new carpets, newly decorated and new wiring done then. The same tenants have lived in the house since then and they are a couple who have looked after the house and garden beautifully.

It is ideal for a couple or a small family or a couple of sharers. It's about 92sqm in size and is a house with side access, so great for storing bikes down the side of the house too.

There's a lovely community in the street and it's walking distance to all the main highlights Peckham has to offer, including Peckham Rye train station.

You will be responsible for all your own utility bills, council tax etc. in addition to the rent.

There are no agency fees as I am renting it direct.

The current tenants are happy to leave some furniture behind if needed; or they can clear it all out if preferred.

DM me if interested / if you'd like to view or would like some more photos sent over by email

I will need work and previous landlord references

Hi

I am a professional - a GP locally and need somewhere to live for 6 months as I have sold my family house - it would just be me and my dog - are you able to send more photos if you think this might work?

Best wishes Claire

This is an opportunity to come along, listen to what they have to say as per the Agenda, and perhaps ask some pertinent and searching questions about any concerns you may have regarding the agenda items, or any other matters regarding the Practice and the impact and consequences it has on us, the patients.   Patient Participation Group (PPG)  Next Meeting: 6:30pm Thursday 23rd January 2025  Dr Ganesh will continue to share with us the realities of general practice. The agenda will include: The FHRGP Website Allocation of appointments  Accessing non-urgent care  A named GP  Staff name badges  Face to face appointments  Older patients and apps  The long term plan  A patients’ questionnaire All patients are warmly invited to share in this opportunity Time will be given for patients’ issues including topics for PPG discussion in 2025 Please, put the date and time in your diary and come along. • After I contacted them via online chat the assistant said, "Sorry I don't know what happened", basically. She offered to rebook the pickup but I said there was no time to try a third time. I got a refund and sent my parcel through the post office instead.
    • Not about banging saucepans or clapping them. They do great work, but an 8.3% in 5 months. What happened to reality. And Starmer got a total battering at PMQ's today, was well worth watching seeing Kemi lay it on him and watching him squirm.
