Receiving multiple duplicate texts

I am receiving multiple duplicate texts today from the same person.

Apparently this can be due to intermittent connection issues at either the sender or receiver's end.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this today? I'm with iD, which uses Three, and I've never had any problems before.

She is with a provider using EE (I think there have been EE problems round here? But she doesn't live in East Dulwich).
