Garden shed

10? X 8?

Bought in 2019, under a year old. Was professionally installed.

Excellent condition.

Has been treated with the recommended varnish.

Buyer can dismantle and take away, OR the shed company we bought it from can dismantle, transport and reassemble to your address (for a fee).

Includes concrete runners which sit underneath the shed; no need to build a base it can go straight onto the ground

This shed has been brilliant for storing all the things we don?t need in the house, it?s very roomy and looks great. Selling due to moving house.

Has a lock and key as well as hinges to keep the door closed

(This cost us around ?1,100 to buy and install last year)

  Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.

  Thanks for clearing that up. Facts become opinions when one can't be bothered to find the truth or don't like the truth. It's pointless trying to converse with you because you can't be bothered when challenged. You just brush stuff aside and plead ignorance.
