I am so happy to be back running face to face classes

Play, Stretch & connect -

This is a friendly and relaxed 6 week mum & baby course for older babies, 6-12 months.

At each session you will learn baby massage & yoga, enjoy play & activity time with your baby and have time to connect with other mums too.

STARTS WEDNESDAY 7TH OCTOBER AT THE GREEN COMMUNITY CENTRE, NUNHEAD, SE15 - 12 spaces available
