URGENT: WANTED 2 BEDROOMS RENT HOUSE

Hi there,

We are a young Italian family with a 5 year old toddler, who plan to move to the UK in early November.

In order to facilitate the move, we?ll be in London on Oct 17th and would appreciate if we could arrange

as many viewings as possible.

We are after flats with:

- At least 2 bedrooms

- Preferably in East Dulwich

- Budget of ?1,600 p.c.m.

It?d be also helpful to understand the documentation required for us to be able to execute a renting contract.
