EDdownunder
Hi,I'm heping our nanny with ofsted registration and have downloaded forms/guidance notes from ofsted website. Might just be me being daft but I'm still not clear on the cost of registration (given that there are two registers etc) so thought I'd throw the question out there and hope someone can shed some light?I would like to encash childcare vouchers with our nanny, so I guess I need her to at whatever level of ofsted registration which makes this possible. Does anyone know the total cost? Thanks in advance!! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26836-cost-of-ofsted-registration/ Share on other sites

Norfolkvillas
Plus your nanny will need a current first aid certificate and public liability insurance. Our nanny already had a current first aid certificate, so we only had to pay the ?103 plus ?70 for the insurance.Think there's some info about ofsted reg costs and processes on the nannytax website. It can all take a while to go through so the sooner you get her application in, the sooner you'll be able to get her all set up with your childcare vouchers system (which also isn't always immediate and can take a couple of days).
