CAROANTY
Hi thereMy ten year old is suffering from insomnia and we have run out of ideas on how to support her.Has anyone got a Sleep specialist they would recommend? I guess given lockdown they wouldn?t need to be local as it would likely be via Zoom anyway. Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/268478-help-with-sleep-required/ Share on other sites

Sue
Also if Sleepio is still running in London (an NHS app) I found it very helpful.I can't post a link as googling it just comes up with a page with my Sleepio personal records on, but this may help:https://www.sleepio.com/clinic/info-for-professionals/Your GP may know about it? The principles it uses are used in other sleep programmes, I think.I don't know whether it is suitable for children, though.
