Hi everyone, i need some advice.

Flat next door to us has a lot of rubbish outside, I know it's a private property so I should speak to the landlord or tenants next door, however I haven't seen anyone deal with it. Council said they can pick it up if it's on the street, but not a private property. Is there anything else I can do? It's starting to attract pests :S

Have I misunderstood? You have spoken to them but they still haven't dealt with it?

    • We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi  happy to PM you how much it cost us
