Homes for Londoners

Have you considered shared ownership? I'm selling my 30% share of a great top floor apartment as I am moving abroad for work (so no chain!).

Shared ownership is a scheme that gives first time buyers the opportunity to purchase a share in a property and pay a subsidised rent on the part they don?t own. Because you only need a mortgage for the share you?re purchasing, the amount of money required for a deposit is usually a lot lower compared to purchasing outright.

I?ve been in the scheme for four years and it's enabled me to live in an amazing area (Dulwich) which would have been virtually impossible on the open market. Link below with more details - scroll down and a viewing can be arranged through me via a call or email (details provided in the link)

    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
    • Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend  - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read  postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

    • I would'nt go locally I'd go to Maria Tash in Liberty..it'll be more expensive but they will do a good job and its their buisness not a 'sideline' to other beauty offerings. https://www.mariatash.com/store-locations/maria-tash-london-liberty?srsltid=AfmBOoqMz7Ev-4YqzrlkePX0n3i5JbiggGYSR9kU5z1p_ajP_jjQKqlt I have no experience of piercing at Polished but I went in to enquire about a manicure and I found the staff attitude pretty rude, looking me up and down when I walked in and just giving off a bad attitude like they just could'nt be bothered maybe because I'm not a glam 30 something? I dont know.
