The foam mattress is split into 3 sections and with each growing stage the bed and slat system can be pulled out and an additional mattress section added.

The length of the bed starts at 1147mm and extends to 1494mm and final length 1831

We have always used additional mattress protectors, so the mattresses are in perfect condition (plus their covers can be removed for washing)
