FFS, sometimes things crop up unexpectedly and people have to change arrangements.

Sometimes, shock horror, it may be due to a situation where they can't immediately let you know.

And if someone let you know and apologised, I'm astounded you would post about it on here.

Don't you get people's mobile numbers when you arrange something with them, so that you can contact them if they don't turn up?

You have been trying to sell your juicer since November, so I can hardly see holding it for a week would make much difference.

As soon as I see "no time wasters" on a post, I know I wouldn't want to buy anything from that person.

It is a commonly used expression of exasperation, but not usually abbreviated.

And yes I did make an "assumption", which as you can see I clearly stated was an assumption, based on the fact that the OP said - as you can also see - that I "should be report to admin."
