nunheadmum
Has anyone parked around the Natural History Museum on a Sunday - is it residents only or is that suspended on a Sunday? I'd normally go by train / tube but given the proposed temperature on Sunday coming and the fact that we've got a rediculously early skating slot, I was thinking that a warm car on the way home may make the day more pleasant. But don't want a stressed dad, trying to find parking that doesn't cost the earth. grabot
We regularly drive and park there on Sundays. We tend to get there 10 minutes before opening time, never had a problem. Seemingly limitless free on street parking. Generally we get a place on Cromwell Road, but if we don't have any joy turn onto Gloucester Road and park round Queen's Gate Gardens. nunheadmum
Great - thanks. Hopefully we'll be there in good time so should be okay. Mrs TP
Also if there is a massive queue at the front of the museum go in via the side entrance, which is on the right hand side of the building if you are looking at it from the front. Parking also in that road but don't know the name of it.
