Looking for an insured builder to take down a wall

I have a small renovation job that I'd like help with. I would like to remove a wall between my kitchen and living room. We have had confirmation from a structural engineer that the wall is not load bearing and we have necessary permissions from our freeholders.

We need a builder with insurance and also electrical Part P paperwork (for some rewiring) as we will need to provide evidence of this for a potential house sale in future.

  All's well that ends well, then. I'm glad you got it sorted. As the former owner of quite a few Italian cars, they can be a bit challenging, can't they? Just for my own curiosity, it must have been one of the first RHDs off the line, mustn't it? And is it the F1 or H gate 'box?
