?950pcm, including all bills. Available from 19 December.

It would be sharing with me and, for about half the week, my son, who?s ten. So, obviously won?t suit everyone as a share, but I?m fairly open-minded about a possible housemate. I'm potentially open to someone in a similar situation to me ? a parent with a child some or all of the time. Or it could be just you. I can send house pics if you?re interested.

Room itself is lovely ? double, on ground floor of three-floor townhouse in quiet cul de sac, ten minutes walk to Denmark Hill station. Has wood floor and door on to terrace and then communal gardens, south facing so lots of light. You'd have the ground floor entirely to yourself, and also your own toilet/shower room. It's not directly en-suite, but it's also on the ground floor, and just for your use.

House has big living/dining room and kitchen on first floor, with a balcony looking down to the garden, and three bedrooms/a bathroom on top floor. It's all set back from the road, so very quiet. We?d also use the terrace/gardens at times, but would access them by leaving the house ? not going through your bedroom.

There's also a garage built into the house, for easy and secure bike storage, plus storing anything else. The bedroom has a bed and chest of drawers, but if you want it unfurnished, that could be possible. It also has built-in bookshelves.

    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
    • Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend  - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read  postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…
    • Looking for a wrought iron bench with wooden slats in need of restoration - something like this.
    • I would'nt go locally I'd go to Maria Tash in Liberty..it'll be more expensive but they will do a good job and its their buisness not a 'sideline' to other beauty offerings. https://www.mariatash.com/store-locations/maria-tash-london-liberty?srsltid=AfmBOoqMz7Ev-4YqzrlkePX0n3i5JbiggGYSR9kU5z1p_ajP_jjQKqlt I have no experience of piercing at Polished but I went in to enquire about a manicure and I found the staff attitude pretty rude, looking me up and down when I walked in and just giving off a bad attitude like they just could'nt be bothered maybe because I'm not a glam 30 something? I dont know.
