Wanted: industrial flood light for street soup kitchen

Please can anyone help, my friend has started up earlier in the year a Friday night street soup kitchen for the homeless and needs portable heavy duty flood lights as the nights are getting darker earlier he hasn't got anywhere to plug in a light.
