New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes

Hi - I'm a newly qualified yoga teacher in the East Dulwich area looking to start up a beginners/intermediate level yoga class in January 2021 (on Zoom for now). Join me on Saturdays from 9-10am, starting on 9 January 2021. We'll work through a sequence of poses to energise, stretch and strengthen the body, linking our movements with the breath to still the movements of the mind. ?8 per class.
