2 bed flat in Herne Hill facing Brockwell Park

Fantastic ground-floor flat in a converted house overlooking the wonderful Brockwell Park. Two-double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, long and bright galley kitchen/diner, great WC/shower room, living room with park view, hallway, decorated to a good spec and part-furnished. Large private garden to the rear. Plenty of storage in the flat. Within easy walking distance of Herne Hill train station (9 mins) and Tulse Hill train station (13 mins), bus stops (1-2 mins), and many great local amenities (nice bars and pubs, delis and restaurants, bakeries and even a Lido!) in this lovely part of SE London. This was our home for 6 years and we are looking for people that will enjoy and look after it as much as we have.

Feel free to contact us for further information or to arrange a viewing.

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
