Nigello Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 Yes, I have seen it as well - usually sitting on a slightly submerged rock or pole or on high in a tree on the island. I think it is a cormorant - shags are mostly found on the coast and look just a little different though I could be wrong. There is a cormorant on the Lake in Dulwich Park also. I once saw a kingfisher on the lake in PRP but it was at least ten years ago. More variety of fauna would be great but I don't know whether this area has the necessary attractions for a bigger number of species.
