spotify advice please!

I have a spotify premium account, so should be able to sync playlists to my ipod. I have wiped the ipod (as instructed) but when I try to manually sync the one playlist I want to the ipod, it is telling me to buy 70 tracks - surely having the premium account means that I don't have to do this??

any advice gratefully received.
