Now taken - Bright double room in large house

Hi we have a nice house sharing with friendly, considerate housemates and lovely kitten.

The house is a modern 3 storey property with large kitchen/dining area and small outdoor patio.

The room is a double bedroom, bright and sunny.

15/20 minute walk to Dulwich and Peckham Rye Parks. Train links 15 mins to London bridge or Victoria. Peckham Rye is the nearest overground.

Bus routes just around the corner serve central London and it?s a quick walk to Lordship Lane, cinema, cafes and restaurants. North Cross Road minutes away with its lovely weekend market.

All mod cons included wireless, washing machine, microwave, 2 large fridge-freezers and fully equipped kitchen. Free street parking if needed and garage for storing a bike.

Would suit non-smoking professional, sorry no couples.

?595 pcm plus bills around ?75 pcm

    • The Peckham Coal Line proposals (which frankly I had forgotten the details of, and never knew the council had made any contribution toward) were an interesting idea worth exploring at the time. A £10k contribution to a feasibility study that was mostly paid by private donations is pretty good value. Obviously those struck by #southwarkderangementsyndrome will say this thing the council did 8 years ago is literally the end of Western civilisation. https://www.peckhamcoalline.org/blog/feasibility-study-1-year-on

    • Another to consider is if when you purchased them, the chicken was kept in a sealed plastic bag as that will definitely contribute to them going of. I always wrap meat lightly in greaseproof paper and store it at the bottom of the fridge.  Just an idea. Hope you are feeling better.
