Owners not in control of their dogs

I was doing my usual walk in the park this morning & passed a group of people with dogs. As I walked passed one of the dogs jumped up at the back of me. The owner shouted on his dog & did not apologise.

This is the second time this has happened in the last few weeks. If owners are not able to control their dogs then they should be on a lead. Some people are nervous around dogs, especially untrained ones.

The park is for everyone

Dog owners round here are the most selfish neighbours we have I think.

From looking at our streets it seems that none of them ever bother to clean up their dog's waste.

It's a disgusting way to behave.
