I have 4 adult tickets and 1 child ticket for the Christmas Lights at Kew Gardens on Boxing 26th December at 5p.m.

Tickets for this are now sold out but unfortunately due to a change in family circumstances we can no longer go.

The adult tickets were ?24.50 each and the child ticket ?14.50

I have proof of purchase and today received an email from Kew saying they will be open under Tier 3.

The tickets can be downloaded and printed from the original email.

Saturday, 26 Dec 2020 at 17.00

Doors open:17.00

Kew Gardens, Victoria Gate, Richmond TW9 3JR

  I agree it is odd. This is why I have contacted the cinema’s management via email. Right now, they are implementing it by not showing films with a maturity rating of greater than PG.

  That seems really odd. Was it really after just one complaint to the council? Do the council have a say in the cinema's policies? You would think that if the Picture House agreed that this change in policy was reasonable, they would apply it to all their cinemas. What is the upper age of the children at the baby friendly showings, or is one not specified? I'm not sure how I feel about the actual policy, I'm just surprised about why and how it has apparently been so suddenly implemented.

  There’s another one in Brixton open 24 seven I don’t think the insurance thing can be a problem
