The North Cross Road end. We're on Hindmans Rd. The swifts are here from dawn till dusk, with the bats making an appearance at roughly 10pm. -

Yes please. I’ve had experience of this with two different local agents. If a survey shows masses of previously unknown issues then I can see asking for the price to be reduced but not in the form of gazundering. I too felt as if the agent was acting for the buyer. What commission are they charging? -
Please tell me where the *bats* are. I’ve an empty swift box so I’m more interested in the little flying mammals.
