Hello, I'm in desperate need of practicing my Spanish and would like to find a local teacher/language buddy who can meet (remotely is fine) once or twice a week. I have learning materials such as books and activity sheets, though could use a refresh on grammar and vocab. My main challenge is speaking Spanish, so it would be great to work that in. We have low water level in the bowls of both of our - upstairs and downstairs - toilets. There's a distinct smell emanating from them as well, which I take is a result of the low water level. Upstairs, it's always low; downstairs, it starts at normal level after a flush, but then sinks quite quickly. I've googled a few forums and sites and there seems to be about three possible reasons for this, none of which I or my partner is qualified to solve on our own. So I need a plumber to please give me an estimate of cost for the fixing of this problem, and then we'd like to get someone in quite soon as well. Thank you.
