My wife and I are looking to downsize from a 4 bed house to a small 2/3 bed house within the local area (SE15/SE22). Anyone thinking of selling shortly? We don't want to put our house on the market until we find the right spot. We are very central to Lordship Lane and would like to stay close to all the amenities.

Could even discuss a house swap for those wanting more space.

  Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

I dont know.
