Estate agent recommendation?

I have a flat to let from the end of February. Considering using an agent but have had a bad experience with KFH previously.

Any recommendations?

Also, any landlords have a view on whether it has been worth shelling out more to have an agency manage their property rather than the basic package of finding a tenant?
