Try giving Richard from RM Building a call. He fitted my kitchen (as well as renovating the whole house)and has done a really good job.

His number is: 07920 776 809. He also has a Check-a-trade page which provides other comments on his work which might be useful. http://www.checkatrade.com/RmBuilding

Hope its helpful

Hi Jacqui

We are also looking for a Kitchen fitter in East Dulwich and I am interested to know if you found a good one from all the recommendations, and, if possible give me a rough indication of costs?

I have no idea about all this stuff, we have found a Cook&Lewis kitchen from B&Q but their instillation fees are almost as much as the kitchen! So looking for a local fitter who is hopefully a bit cheaper than B&Q.

Any words of wisdom from you would be most helpful, kind regards,

Jess

Hi Jaqui

I can highly recommend Sean Mullins for kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, painting, flooring, plumbing etc. Im probably his greatest fan on here as he has done so much work for us and also my sister. His kitchen supplier is reasonable as well as his prices. His workman ship is excellent and he and his team are great guys. Trustworthy, honest etc..I work full time and always came home to a tidy house. If you need his no 07463704811 and his website is http://paintinganddecoratingservicesse22.co.uk/

    • Let's not forget this is the lowest level of local politics. If McCash really thought his defection could trash the Labour Party nationally, and it was loaded with invective and exhibitionism, then that's pretty much the definition of a "hissy fit"! Scooping the Green nomination for DaWN constituency is also going to be a lot harder for a Marxist arriviste than you suggest. There may be a wave of new, younger Polanski-ites that have joined the Green Party of E&W recently, but it's the long-standing, often retired members of the Party that tend to participate in candidate interview panels and bother voting in selections...
    • They've had 26 years or so of trading, and if anyone deserves decent retirement... In my view they're going out at the top. It's clearly being sold, assuming it all goes through as a very more more than just a going concern.
    • I had heard this was on the cards a while ago, sad, the end of an era, but well done Rod and Tim for stewarding a beacon of excellence for so many years.
    • Both your hopes will be fine, I think. Our waitress will stay on. The downstairs is getting refurbished, and the bar area enlarged, presumably by removing that awkward little 'lobby' by the loos.
