Hello Good morning I noticed that Sean Mullins put a message up for your request and I can highly recommend his workmanship. He is a reliable, friendly and honest guy who works to a very high standard. Between myself and my sister( and a some other people I have referred him to)he has done 4 complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishments including tiling, painting, plumbing etc. He has also done a lot of painting and decorating for us as well. All have said the same about him. He has a good eye for detail and is so helpful and patient. He is honest and will say whats needed and whats not.We had ordered our stuff online from Victoria Plumb that kept sending wrong items and he went out and got from local suppliers and saved us over ?300!! I recently took my car to a new garage as my car has had an intermittent power loss issue for over a year, I had previously taken it to 4 different mechanics (including main dealer} who I had used before but couldn't resolve the problem.It was one of those problems that when you take the car to show the problem, the car starts showing off and driving perfectly!! I had it checked by Green Flag mechanic who said nothing was showing up on computer check and suggested all the other things that had already been checked or fixed. I took it to the new garage recommended by my neighbour, now completely frustrated, and they have fixed it the problem. It wasn't a common issue so easily missed and took them a while to find it. They were honest and said it was a really small but could have said it was a big issue, and charged hardly anything for the work. I would highly recommend Sean Mullins from SSS Property Services for our bathroom fitting and decorating refurbishment that he has just completed. Although our bathroom is on the small side, it was an extremely tricky job as we had remnants of old pipes and multiple plumbing issues. He was so patient and professional and the finished result is beautiful. I am so pleased at his work. He still managed to do it in the time frame he originally said and worked really hard. His rates are very reasonable. and work is of an exceptionally high standard We have had quite a bit of work done by Sean over the last year( and also my sister) and we will continue to use his services. Yes, I am Knights Tutoring and no this experience I have shared is not an advert, I am a tutor, and clearly not an IT specialist.I came on here to share a negative experience and a positive one. It was not meant as anything other than sharing some information, so you can take the company I used or leave it, I dont really care, it makes no odds to me. My experience with them was fine,great in fact and I am very grateful, I was unable to put back to factory settings as I would have lost some assessment software that couldn't be backed up because my computer wasn't working. So shoot me down for trusting a friends good experience and then sharing it on here!! And to East_Dulwich... I live in East Dulwich and work in Clapham, so hence my sharing on there too. It seems a bit sad that a simple post can induce such detective work and much barking up the wrong tree... Funny though, have a great week back at work x
