Hi

I am looking to find a new yoga studio I can rent (not able to return to the one I currently use even when the restrictions are lifted) for when we are able to offer face to face classes again, for at least 2 evenings a week and probably one day time class as well.

It needs to hold about 12 students with enough space for social distancing and ideally with space for me to store some props (chairs etc). Somewhere not too far from Lordship lane would be ideal and I would be happy to consider church halls etc.

If you know of anywhere I could approach, please drop me a message.

Thanks

Have you thought of the Goose Green Centre - i.e. the church halls on Goose Green. They have two rooms - different sizes - and all the usual ancillary facilities. Went to a few yoga classes there years ago.

Also ORU workspace on Lordship lane - never been in, but hear that they rent space on an ad hoc basis - might be a bit pricier, but better exposure??

    • Yes, should have given up by now but haven’t. Was waiting for my train yesterday and went into WHS on platform to buy a pack of fags. Almost feel to the floor when guy quoted me £28.00 for a packet of Silk Cut purple. Was a long day for me and thought I had totally misheard him! Asked again, only to be told that that was the price whuch is well over the odds..when I queried it as have bought, admittedly end of last year was told “ this is what management charges”. Surely this can’t be right…fags stayed in WHS paws while I bought some in Herne Hill at normal price. Still reeling over shock…..
    • I use the one in peckham where lidles is they are really good if you need somewhere closer
    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
