At the top of lordship lane private bins block the pavement in places, specially in houses containing several flats and with not enough front space. For example they had to remove the bins in Sainsbury's car park and Bel Air park due to flytipping. Both car parks were packed full of rubbish before the bins were removed. We produce too much waste. Use this time of missing bin collections to think on...
