I?m looking for a quote for a certified gas installer who can install a new Samsung cooker hob to recently refurbished kitchen.

Ideally looking to have this done ASAP

Will be replacing the previous hob which has now been removed.

Try checkatrade or mybuilder - if it's a simple job like that you may find it easier to get someone through that. You can check their gas safe details yourself too if you're worried. There's a gas safe website you can type their name in or their registration number.
