Nowadays you are better off booking your own holiday, even if it means paying a fine! the prices are a joke! I wouldn’t pay 3k for a week! I can do a 3 week trip elsewhere for 2 in that priceband….. & that would include a decent hotel! -

As far as I'm aware, they HAVE changed a lot since 2023 with regard to safeguarding, including the safeguarding lead leaving and being replaced. However I'm not sure this is the place to have the discussion, as the Forum is going to end up dealing with defamation issues if people have to be specific with evidence to back to their claims, or else people are talking in such vague terms as to make the discussion pointless. -
Do you Chair this group. I provided some direct feedback, including supporting much of the on line stuff, particularly where they made this more user friendly
