Can anyone take a look at my faulty HP printer?

Hi I have a HP Photosmart 5524 that recently just stopped printing black.

I have tried cleaning the heads, realligning, changing the cartridge, switching to grayscale settings - many times! - but to no avail.

If anyone can help I'd be really grateful. Can pay a few quid!

If you are on Facebook, the HP people are really helpful if you post a query on their page.

Or maybe message them via their page, I can't remember.

Hope you manage to fix it one way or the other!
