It sounds like you have first class medical care as I don't think many of us have a routine urine test. It must be a worry but as it is microscopic and been picked up and dr is sending you for a scan you have to trust that the medical service can look after you. I don't know the statistics but in my experience every time - bar one-the dr has been worried about me or my family and we have gone for scans/ further tests it has all been fine. On the one occasion where this was not the case I had a very quick treatment and regular check ups and all is well 25 years later.

I went through a phase of passing drops of pure blood at the tail end of every pee, it was about 15 years ago. By the time I'd been fixed up with a hosp appt to investigate, it had cleared up. I'm still here. Does that help?

It may well be cystitis, as PaulK has said, you'll know soon enough.

PaulK: "A bit of blood in urine is nothing."

Incorrect. And dangerous to believe it.

When my doctor saw what I was pissing a few years ago (bits of congealed blood) she had me at Kings for a blood test immediately.

A couple of days later I was having X-Ray, MRI and other tests, culminating in a camera being put up into my bladder - where they found lesions that should not have been there. Couple of weeks later they operated and removed them all.

Moral: Ignoring blood in your urine is not good for your health.

We know she has started wandering up Friern Rd and further we guess but we imagine she has been spooked by Halloween / Fireworks goings on. She is a grey Siberian mix with some brown stripes down her, very friendly and likes to eat. Please let us know
    • That said, organised displays could be on Saturday before and after and the actual day, and private ones could just not have the loud ones.  It’s all down to accessibility and people caring/not caring
    • The problem this year is that 5th November falls on a Wednesday. So some places will be bringing their "bonfire night" forward to Saturday 1st and some will be knocking it back to Saturday 8th and there'll probably be a few that just go with Wednesday 5th anyway. If you're doing a public display, having it on a weekend gets more crowds. Which basically means a solid week of fireworks.
