Does anyone else find the receptionist at the Dulwich dental clinic extremely patronizing and rude?

Dreadful attitude. Seems to be a common complaint when you read any reviews of the practice.

That's a shame. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe someone close to her died or her partner cheated on her or she's feeling sad for another reason.

Yes very much i have complained to manager as one time i was treated very bad by her, and i have sat there and watched her be the same with other people.

Maybe you shouldn?t ask people on a public forum about her. It?s not very nice.

You?ve followed the usual process so just leave it be.

Very. Ignore the people berating you for posting this, the receptionist had been a cranky old bat for years now. Always a miserable time dealing with her whenever I go in there.

Last time I had to go there were two receptionists and two very different experiences - first phonecall for an emergency, very unfortunate and unhelpful response; when I later went in for a routine appointment, lovely younger and very professional receptionist on the desk.

I am a long term patient at the practice. The ladies at reception are unfailingly friendly and helpful in my experience. It cannot be an easy job.

I agree that it is not appropriate to discuss your personal views on someone else in a public forum.

More care needs to be taken choosing, training, maintaining and monitoring front-line / customer-facing staff.

It?s a skill, not a natural ability in some cases and impact on reputation can be massive.

Sounds like people on here are calling a spade a spade.
