car alarm Bellenden Road

Am I the only person being driven mad by the car alarm which has been going off intermittently for the last three days in the part of Bellenden Road near the bottom of Avondale Rise?

If any other Forum users have any experience of how to deal with car alarms going off, I would be extrememly grateful for any advice ...

I tried the police and the council and they say there is nothing they can do ...

They were only able to tell me that the person does live in Bellenden Road but I get the impression that they are away a lot or something ...

This particular car does this about once a month ... I've tried 'polite' notes over the last few months, but that's clearly not working ...

Just goes to show that it 'depends who you get' when you ring the council, cos the person I spoke to clearly didn't know about those guidelines!! You have made me very happy :-)
