Wanted - help with electrical appliances (oven and dishwasher)

I?m not sure what kind of skill set I?m looking for but hoping a tradesperson on here is able to help. The grill on my Bosch oven has stopped working and there is no evidence of the model number to know what element to buy to get fitted, and separately my dishwasher is only 18months old snd hasn?t been cleaning very well and makes a funny noise so unsure what?s happening there!

Anyone think they can help with one or both of those issues?

Based on lordship lane towards grove tavern end.
