Qigong in Dulwich park

Recommended Posts

Hi all my name is Jason Corner and I am a Taichi and Qiqong coach. Depending upon demand I am thinking of starting a 10.00am Sunday morning class in Dulwich park for Qiqong. Classes will be ?10 per session and if there is enough interest for a regular class then I will need to register with Southwark council.

What is Qiqong?

Qiqong is a Chinese system of health regeneration using postures and breathing exercises, there are different types ie martial, medical, and health to name a few.

Classes will begin with standing postures, Nei gong which help to relax the body and mind and help with qi flow.

There are many different types of routines I can add or I can keep it quite simple depending on interest.

What can Qiqong do for me?

Qiqong practised regularly can help with breathing difficulties, stress, hypertension, stress related problems, stiffness and many symptoms related to modern living.

Fancy a challenge?

To register your interest contact me @ [email protected] or to find out more.

Thanks for looking!

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
