Someone needed to fit Friction Stays on PVC Bay Window

We had to replace the friction stays on our Bay window but they are not the correct/exact size and the window does not close flat completely... about a 10mm gap.

Would anyone be able to come and replace these for us, or advise how we can find out/measure up for the correct size.

We need this doing this week please as we are moving Friday and need this done.
