Snowmageddon 2013 has brought proof of a beast coming in the night to claw at the cat flap, presumably to get at me and my delicious jugular. I submit to you Exhibit A (see attached). All pictures can be enlarged to see the horrific detail.

Looks like you've got yourself a Night Killer Hosepipe.

However, just like the old model Dalek, it has one fatal flaw...during the hours of daylight when it suffers from paralysis, measure the length of the hosepipe. Then all you have to do is make sure you are a greater distance away whilst sleeping...we shall pray for you.

I too had unfathomable tracks in the grass outside.

there were some fox tracks, a hopping bird and the odd ones.

no other tracks anywhere near them.

I can only think a unicyclist doing the same pattern twice perfectly to the side of their first track.

about an inch apart, snow 2-3 inches.

As it has melted a bit you can that it's not so much continuous as that some of the depressions are deeper than other slike footsteps masked by a dragging effect.

As an addendum to my original post, the snow beast has now befouled my back doorstep. WTF man, isnt it enough that it wants to eat me, now it has to insult me too?
